It seems it doesn’t matter how old or young any of us is. There is a way in which we all have a sense that there is something large and free inside us. We have a knowing that we are capable of greatness and, secretly, we long to tap into our true potential and let it be fully expressed.

” The Journey” – An extraordinary guide for healing your life and setting yourself free by Brandon Bays.

Atria (October 1, 2002) – 208 pages – ISBN: 978-0743443937

In “The Journey”, Brandoy Bays describes how she healed herself from a basketball sized tumour in her uterus and how she developed an emotional and physical journey process that enables people to free themselves from negative emotions that are stored in our cells.

Although the book starts with describing how it was possible for Bays to become “textbook perfect” free of any tumour without drugs or surgery in only six and a half weeks, it is much more than just explaining (for some people seemingly miraculous) processes.

The Journey explains in detail how the process was developed parallel to what the author experienced while healing herself and others on a cellular level.

Inspired by Deepak Chopra with a deep understanding of NLP and NAC which she learned while working with and for AnthonyRobbins, she began to study how our “other-than-conscious” mind creates opportunities for us to learn and to re-connect with our inner self and wisdom in order to become truly free.

We are invited to observe how she explored going down through the different layers of emotions like anger, fear, frustration, abandonment… to experience peace and love and the ‘source’ on the other side, how she created the “camp fire process”, where people find and grant forgiveness and how a Future Pace and a letter to self helps to manifest what needed to be learned.

We also hear stories of people who freed themselves from jealousy and abandonment, a form of lung cancer that had never been healed before, being overweight, depression, chronic pains, blurred eyesight, fear of public speaking and letting go of the pain and grief resulting from separation in less than a week.

Overall”The Journey” is not only a guide, but also a manual for healing your life and setting yourself free.

What I like most: Seeing how the process developed and changed over time, Brandon Bays openness and honesty.

Conclusion: Being familiar with NLP, NAC, values and shift work, I have experienced enormous change for myself and others. However, I would recommend to do the process only with someone who is trained to guide people through those kind of transitions, because it is important to have the awareness and sensory acuity to lead someone in trance or a trance–like state.

Valuation: 4 out of 5 stars
