Transition Guidance is focusing on physical and mental relaxation strategies, specialising in leading people through the transitioning phase from feeling unfulfilled, stressed or overwhelmed to living a life of purpose in harmony and balance.
It is undeniable: transitioning from one phase in our life to another often requires courage and more-often-than-not resources we don’t see in ourselves.
When we are in transition, you and I face challenges we have to overcome, no matter whether we change by choice or by necessity. Changing by choice doesn’t mean that it is harder or easier than a change out of necessity, it just means that the motivation to embrace the unknown is different.
Either way, new and different skill sets are required to step up, to transform into the person you have chosen to become. Values are shifting, beliefs about what you are capable of doing need to change, you may have to take on responsibilities in areas of your life where you didn’t want or need to earlier and you are entering new territory, which is unfamiliar and most probably out of your current comfort zone.

you want to be by yourself, but at the same time not alone,
you may be very emotional or trying to leave emotions out completely,
you feel confused and overwhelmed,

People who are in a healing, caring or educating profession have a tendency to look after others first, often to an extent that leaves hardly any room for self-care.
Especially natural therapists and carers for children (including parents!), the aged or disabled often forget the importance of taking care of oneself first.
It is for a good reason that in case of an emergency on a plane, you put your own oxygen mask on first before helping others!
Our main aim is therefore to encourage you to ‘Heal The Healer within’ – reminding those who always care for others in some way that it is not only OK, but essential that you keep yourself balanced.
Level 1: Immediate Relief
Thai Bodywork, focused on the immediate relief of stress trough physical relaxation, provides treatments performed by an experienced practitioner which are more than just massage.
Especially Nuad Thai – the traditional Thai Yoga Massage – is bodywork that incorporates body, mind and spirit. Combining acupressure, yoga positions and stretches gives the body signals to let go of physical, mental and emotional blockages. The meditative environment allows mind and spirit to focus on the issues that come up during or after the treatment.
Level 2: Awareness and Responsibility
Chi Bodywork focuses on relaxation that is self-responsible and can be initiated by oneself. Through workshops, classes, trainings and retreats, participants learn about and experience how ChiAsanas – exercises that encourage the distribution and flow of energy throughout the body – help to reduce, prevent or even eliminate the symptoms resulting from stress and overwhelm.
ChiAsanas are all based on an ancient art, like the breathing movement exercises from Traditional Chinese Medicine (Tai Chi, Qi Gong) or Yoga, a practice from the Indian health system called Ayurveda (meaning ‘The Knowledge of Life’). Some are supplemented with rather contemporary traditions like Pilates or Feldenkrais, like ChiBall, but all are powerful meditations in motions.
Level 3: Long-Lasting, Sustainable Transformation
When the person is ready to have a closer look at the true cause of all those stresses that seem to prevent us from feeling happy or at peace, Life Leadership Support is offering the tools and strategies for a smooth transition from stress to happiness.
