Meta-programs are unconscious, content-free programs we run. The help us to filter information that comes in and define how we experience our world.
Examples of meta-programs are:
Reason-Filters (Focus on possibility – “I can..” vs necessity – “I must…”)
Action-Filters (Active, Reflective, both, Inactive)
Attention Direction (Self, Others)
Primary Interest Filter (people, places, things, activity, information)
Chunk Size Filters (specific, global)
