Petra’s Values Elicitation was a process of her guiding me to gradually work through and identify what was important to me at the very root of who I am with the objective of then being able to ensure that my actions around my business were aligned with my true values.
The objective and result being to improve my enjoyment and success in business. We also examined my motivations for those values and did some work to optimise their positivity factor so I was keen to get to them rather than running away from something else.

Smoothly moving forward
Only this year I’ve realised a few things about myself and had become able to trace the threads back through my life. During my adult life I have had a history of poor memory for past experiences; decision making has been confusing and at times I literally hide my head (emu like in the sand) so that others decide for me; and why do I only get to a certain point in a career or life path then change direction and repeat the process all over again. I was getting bit uncomfortable with the status quo.

Petra guided me through the values alignment process (eliciting the values, putting them in order of importance and then making sure I was moving toward the value and not away from something I didn’t want.) Nearing completion it felt like the locks inside a padlock slipping into place as the key is turned to unlock it. By the end I felt that I was all lined up, the word congruence comes to mind.
I am now more focused and mentally clear and decision making is easier. If confused, I have the list of my values to refer to. I am now easily, smoothly and comfortably moving forward.

When I signed up for coaching with Petra, I had just started a new business endeavour.I felt a bit overwhelmed about it and not always sure of which direction to take or where to focus first.

See Outside The Box
It was a great experience and a great advantage for me to have the support of Petra from Anarilla. In just a few days I was feeling better about my issues, disbelieves and fears about my business and my life.

From Frustration To Confidence
Working in a job that frustrated me, a vague goal/dream in my heart and no clue how I could create the future according to my wishes, – that’s when I met Petra.

Positive Into The Future
Thank you very much for our Tuesday-Talks. The weeks were elapsing in no time.
At the beginning of our tele-coaching I did not have any specific expectations. Also was I not clear in my mind, where and how and if anyhow I wanted or could change something in my life.

More Confident And Optimistic
I met Petra at exactly the right moment. A short time earlier I moved to my husband’s home town, where I have yet found neither work nor acquaintance – and I was quite unhappy with this situation.
Having a lot of spare time, many thoughts came up to my head and I was wondering how to organize my new daily routine and I was asking myself: “What is it that I truly want to do with and in my life?” Expecting some answers to this question, I started the coaching program.
Petra helped me to come closer to the answers. She never said “do this” or “decide to do that”, but instead set me thinking by asking unusual questions, so that I could find the vital answers.
I was looking forward to each of the sessions – and was always wondering and waiting to find out what I this time would learn about myself or what I could take as a general learning from the session. Petra’s supporting and empathetic manner made it easier for me to also look at situations that in the first instance caused me some pain.
